What services do you offer?
+We offer professional dog walking, pet sitting, and drop-in visits for dogs and other small pets in Colchester and surrounding areas.
Are you insured?
+Yes. We are fully insured and DBS checked, giving you complete peace of mind every time your dog is in our care.
What will my dog do during the day?
+Every day is structured, calm, and tailored to your dog’s needs. Dogs enjoy two 30-minute walks, along with free time to relax or play in our secure outdoor area. Whether that’s exploring scenic zones, navigating gentle obstacles, socialising with friends, or enjoying quiet rest time, dogs are free to do as little or as much as they’re comfortable with.
What areas do you cover?
+We cover Colchester and the surrounding areas, including nearby villages. Please contact us if you are unsure whether we can reach your location.
Will my dog be let off the lead?
+Yes — where it’s safe and appropriate. We have a fully secure compound where dogs can enjoy off-lead freedom. During walks, dogs are walked either solo or in small, compatible groups. If recall is still developing, dogs remain on lead until we’re confident in their responsiveness.
Will my dog come back muddy?
+It depends on the service and the weather. Dogs staying with us for Doggy Day Care will always be returned clean and dry. For walk-only services, we do our best to avoid the muddiest routes where possible. If your dog does get wet or muddy, we will towel-dry them and remove as much dirt as we can before returning them. While we can’t offer a full wash on walk-only bookings, your dog will always be returned comfortable and cared for.
Can you collect my dog from home?
+Yes, collection is available, although spaces are limited. This can be discussed during your introduction walk so we can confirm availability.
Do you walk dogs in all weather?
+Yes, unless conditions are unsafe. Rainy walks are part of the fun — extreme weather is avoided.
Do I need to book a trial or introduction walk?
+Yes. We offer a free, no-obligation 30-minute introduction walk so we can meet you and your dog, understand their routine, and ensure we’re the right fit before any bookings are made.
Do you offer overnight care?
+Yes, overnight stays are available on a limited basis. The charge is £20 per night. Please contact us directly to discuss availability and your dog’s individual needs.
Do I need to provide food or treats?
+No. We provide our own homemade liver cake treats. If your dog has dietary requirements or you’d prefer to supply food or treats, we’re happy to accommodate.
Do you offer a referral reward?
+Yes. When a friend you refer completes 10 sessions, we’ll credit you with 5 free sessions — that’s a full week of complimentary care.
